Vincent Jackson is a 12-year NFL Veteran. As a child of military serving parents, he moved around quite a bit including a three-year tour overseas in Europe before settling in Colorado Springs. There he attended Widefield H.S. and graduated 4th in his class with a 4.1 GPA. He was an academic and athletic scholarship student at the University of Northern Colorado where he studied Business and played both Football and Basketball. After an All-American collegiate career, Vincent was drafted in 2005 by the San Diego Chargers and joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2012. He has been selected to three Pro Bowls, is a 4-time 'Man of The Year' recipient, and the won the 2016 USAA National Salute to Service Award for his work with Military Families through his Jackson In Action 83 Foundation. As a self-claimed entrepreneur, Vincent owns seven restaurants, recently ran two Orange Theory Fitness studios, but focuses the majority of his time on his passion for Development. In 2012 he co-founded CTV Capital. As the Chief Executive Officer, Vincent is involved in acquisitions, operations, marketing and managing its companies for growth and success. His vision and intuition have been instrumental for the expansion of the business. The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce recently recognized him as the 'Citizen of the Year.' Vincent lives in Tampa full-time with his wife Lindsey and three children: Carter, Amaya, and Dominick.

Tom Phanco epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in detail of your real estate transaction. He has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks, in both the residential and commercial market. He uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He and his team work with the banks to inspect and maintain properties, initiate communication in every aspect of the transaction, from the initial phone call all the way to close. Tom is the co-founder of CTV Capital and serves as the Chief Operating Officer, which is headed by his experience in taking a company through the exit strategy of an acquisition. His due diligence in taking his company through an acquisition by a publicly held company is invaluable to CTV Capital and business partners. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, also attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Richard has managed the operations, logistics, and finances of numerous businesses, military units, causes and campaigns. Richard founded RDISNEY, Inc. (RDI) where he gained experience developing marketing projects with international scope. Richard served as a U.S. Army officer from patrol level to upper echelons for ten years with extensive operational and logistical experience worldwide with an emphasis in Latin America and Europe. He is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. While stationed in Europe with the U.S. Army, Richard hosted delegations from NATO applicant countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and others. He has knowledge and experience with diverse people and cultures. Richard speaks Spanish and has worked conversationally in German and Serbo-Croatian. While stationed in the Republic of Panama with the U.S. Army, Richard worked with and helped train numerous military and law enforcement units from the United States and countries throughout Central and South America. Richard was a financial services Branch Office Manager for Aegon (a Fortune World Top 100 company at the time) and was a Series 65 licensed Investment Advisor. As a consultant for KPMG, Richard advised the U.S. Air Force on Logistics Supply Chain Management systems which resulted in a significant reduction in logistics response time (LRT) worldwide. Through his varied experience, Richard has developed many valuable contacts in business, media, government and politics worldwide. Richard holds a degree in International Relations from the University of California at Davis. Richard’s experience and knowledge in the areas of management, logistics, technology, marketing, and communication make him a valuable leader for our team.<br />

A Real Estate professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Management, Sales and Marketing, Ken brings a strong entrepreneurial background and institutional Real Estate experience to CTV. As An Acquisitions and Asset Manager for National SFR REIT, he was responsible for sourcing and acquiring hundreds of single family rental assets in the Central Florida Market. Prior to that, Ken founded his own residential real estate consulting firm. Real Estate appraisal and inspection company and as an investor, rehabbed and sold hundreds of properties for his own portfolio along with assisting other investors in building their portfolios. Ken is a licensed Real Estate Associate, Real Estate Appraiser and hold a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University.
Toni has lived in Florida for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance. After graduation she immediately went into real estate and worked for a National Lender in outside sales where was named top producer for 3 out of 5 years. After being on the road for five years she took a position with one of her clients as the Processing Manager. She managed both the processing and compliance for a staff of 20+ brokers for several years. Since college she has also worked with many charity organizations by planning events to raise money for them. Her organization and time management skills are valuable skills she uses to help CTV’s growth in this industry.
Born in Ohio and raised in Venezuela, Ana grew up in a family of commercial pilots and insurance specialists, making that relatives influenced her career with worldwide vision at a young age. She lived in Europe before moving back to the United States in 1999. She has been in Tampa, FL since 2010, where she fell in love the first time in town. Tampa is a modern financial, trade and commercial hub in Central Florida, which made it the ideal place to start her Real Estate Career. Ana is very Passionate about guiding local, national and multi-national clients with her acquisitions, making those key components to her success. She joins the CTV Capital LLC team bringing expertise and market knowledge in insurance and finances after two years of experience in the Real Estate market. Additionally, Ana has a multilingual skill in Spanish and Dutch, providing an important asset to our company, and representing CTV in different charity and industry networking events.
Jan has lived in Florida for most of her life and in the Tampa Bay Area for close to 35 years. She graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, with a degree in English/Communications. Jan has many years of experience in marketing and customer service. In her early career, she spent many years with a Fortune 500 company (Pepsi-Co) and more recently worked with print media and radio advertising in the automotive industry. Prior to joining CTV, Jan served as the Administrator of a 100-bed assisted living facility, managing a multi-million dollar annual budget. With a staff of 65 employees, Jan was responsible for all aspects of the success of the facility, including marketing and admissions, resident care, food service, and property maintenance. Jan’s driving force is a strong work ethic and her ability to provide service excellence in all that she does, ensuring that CTV clients are treated with the utmost care, professionalism and exceptional communication. Her reputation in the community is an asset that will propel her forward in the real estate industry and Jan’s strengths in organization and office management will provide a strong basis for CTV to expand into Pinellas County.
Born in Wisconsin, Steve moved to Florida in the mid 70’s and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of his adult life. Steve attended Shorecrest Preparatory High School in St. Petersburg and graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, where he attended on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration. His business career includes 12 years in management in the security industry and most recently as a sales manager for a sports memorabilia company where he assisted hundreds of non-profits and charities annually with their fund-raising events. Additionally, Steve’s experience as a former real estate appraiser assists his investor clients in reaching their portfolio acquisition goals. Since beginning in real estate, Steve’s strong customer service skills have benefited a wide range of residential, retail and commercial customers. Steve’s background and experience will help facilitate growth in Pinellas County for CTV through his local knowledge and business relationships. David was born in Northern Maine and grew up in a military family. After a few moves, the family eventually settled in Atlanta, GA. After college, David gained his professional experience thru a broad spectrum of customer focused occupations, including a career as a chef. In 2005, he relocated to Tampa to expand his family’s business in the insurance industry. David’s diverse background in a variety of positions has given him the skills to prioritize and multi-task projects at a high volume. Recognized in the Real Estate industry as the “Property Chef” for over 5+ years, David is known for his ``mise en place`` style in real estate. A culinary term meaning to “put in place” making sure that each business deal is arranged and organized down to the smallest detail so that the experience for CTV clients is smooth and successful. He joins the CTV team as a results oriented realtor with an eye for detail from the initial call until closing and beyond.<br />
Aldo was born and raised in Northern Virginia. During his college days at George Mason University, Aldo began his real estate career at an early age. He had a natural drive and passion for real estate investing. Aldo graduated GMU in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Administration of Justice. Having been successful at real estate investing, he turned his attention to the business world. Aldo opened and managed one of the biggest bars in Washington, DC for 8 years producing over $20 million dollars in revenue. With a staff of close to 100 employees, Aldo was responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including marketing and promotions, sales, scheduling, security, food service, and accounting. Aldo moved to the Tampa area in August of 2015. He joins the CTV Team with extensive experience in management, sales and marketing and is determined to find that next great real estate deal for his clients.<br />
Bryan lived in Connecticut before moving to Tampa in 2010. With a career focus on investor strategies, he helped to launch numerous businesses including a golf & lifestyle television network, sports training facility, and youth development company. His work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service has allowed him to excel in business development, marketing and management. He specializes in finding investment properties for first-time home buyers and investors throughout South Tampa and Seminole Heights. Bryan holds a business degree from the University of Tampa.<br />
